Thank you for visiting (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Manda Renee Photography, LLC  (“MRP”). Your access to and use of this site is subject to this Privacy Notice (which is incorporated into our Terms of Use) as well as all applicable laws. 

This Privacy Notice applies only to information collected through our Site.  By using our Site, you are agreeing to the collection and use of information you provide to this Site as described in this Privacy Notice. 


We collect two types of information through our site. “Personally identifiable information” is information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. Including without limitation your name, address, email address, telephone number, or other personal information you may submit through our Site.

“Non-personally identifiable information” is information that alone does not identify you.  Submission of personally identifiable information through our site is purely optional. You are not required to submit any such information to us if you do not wish to do so.

For example, you may wish to provide personally identifiable information to MRP through our Site’s “Contact Us” form if you are interested in having us contact you regarding our branding and digital marketing services.  

This information may include your name, address, email address, and other information you voluntarily provide to us. Our Site may collect non-personally identifiable information sent to us automatically by your web browser. This information typically includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the identity of your Internet service provider, the name and version of your operating system, the name and version of your web browser, the “referring” website from which you entered this Site, the date and time of your visit and the pages you visit. 


We collect the data shown in the comments form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. By logging out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

There is no third-party advertising featured on our Site, and accordingly no tracking by advertisers or for advertising purposes.

We may use any information collected on our Site:

  • for our marketing purposes
  • to improve our Site, for purposes related to the business of MRP

If you submit your personal information through the Site, we will place you on our email list and in our database of potential clients or interested parties, and we may contact you in the future.  You may opt-out of receiving communications from MRP at any time via a link in the email you receive, or by sending an email to  with the subject “Opt-Out.”  

Any data sent automatically by your web browser may be used for our business and purposes.  We may review our server logs – which contain visitors’ IP addresses – for security and fraud prevention purposes.  We retain information collected through our Site only as long as reasonably necessary for business purposes. 


We reserve the right to share or otherwise disclose the personally identifiable information you provide through this Site to the following:

(i) to third parties who perform services on our behalf; (ii) to third parties with whom we have a business relationship, including data forensics providers, IT security providers, or other attorneys or consultants who may provide services to our clients; and (iii) carefully selected third parties for marketing activities or other purposes relevant to our business.

We reserve the right to use and share any information collected through this Site as we deem necessary to investigate suspected illegal conduct or violations of our Site’s Terms of Use, to comply with legal process (including a court order or subpoena), to assist law enforcement agencies in an investigation, to protect the rights, property or safety of MRP, our users or others; to protect the vital interests of any individual, or if we believe in good faith it is required by law.

Your personally identifiable information may be transferred to another law firm or other entity that succeeds to our business.  

We may share the following: analyses of our server logs, including details regarding website usage and general information about our audience, with current or potential business partners, but such disclosures will refer only to general, aggregate usage data from these analyses – never specific identifying information.

By using our site you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the disclosure of your information collected through our Site as described in this Privacy Policy, and we will not be required to obtain your consent for any such disclosures. 


You can instruct us to make changes to your personal information, or to delete your personal information from our records, by sending an email to with the subject “Change My Information.” We will use reasonable efforts to delete information we have stored in our databases. We cannot guarantee that all instances of all data collected will be permanently removed.  

We cannot be responsible for the modification or deletion of any information we have provided to third parties as described herein. 


If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.  


We take reasonable precautions to provide a level of security appropriate to the sensitivity of the personally identifiable information you provide through this Site. We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of this information, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet or stored in our databases.
